• UK standard delivery: Currently free during promotion period but otherwise £5.95 (2–3 working days)
• UK next-day delivery: £7.95 (order by 3 PM)
• International delivery: Customer-paid duties/taxes apply
• Return window: 14 days from delivery

1. Eligibility — Promotions are valid only on emello.com and may be limited to registered Emello account holders (“Members”). Offers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

2. Duration — Each Promotion will specify its valid start and end date (UK time). No retrospective adjustments or price matching will be made once a Promotion has expired.

3. Exclusions — Unless expressly stated, Promotions exclude gift cards, pre-orders, delivery fees, and items already marked down. Emello reserves the right to exclude specific pieces or collections.

4. Combination of Offers — Only one Promotion or discount code can be applied per order. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher, or loyalty benefit.

5. Returns — Returns of items purchased under a Promotion will be refunded at the discounted amount paid. If a Promotion included a complimentary gift or bundle, these must be returned in full or the retail value may be deducted from the refund.

6. Members-Only Events — Access to private events or privileges requires account registration. Emello reserves the right to verify eligibility and withdraw access where terms are not met.

7. Errors & Withdrawals — Emello reserves the right to amend or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, including where technical errors, misuse, or unexpected demand occur.

8. Final Decision — In all cases, Emello’s decision regarding the interpretation of these terms is final.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. By accessing or engaging with Emello, you agree that any legal matters will be addressed respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Each Promotion will specify its valid start and end date (UK time). The current Promotion begins 25 June 2026 and continues until further notice; its close date will be confirmed on site ahead of time. No retrospective adjustments or price matching will be made once a Promotion has expired.

3. Exclusions

Styles designated as full price and non-eligible for this Promotion will not display a reduced price. New customers may receive 15% off full price styles by using code WELCOME15 at checkout. WELCOME15 does not apply to sale items.

4. Combination of Offers

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher, or loyalty benefit. The New Customer Welcome Offer applies only to non-discounted, full-price items and cannot be combined with sale pricing.

5. Returns
