Our UK delivery options are designed for ease and clarity. Complimentary delivery is offered on all orders over £300.

UK Standard Royal Mail Delivery: 2-3 working days, £5.95

DPD Next Day Express Delivery: Orders placed before 4pm UK
time are delivered on the next working day, £7.95

We now ship internationally!

All international orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via FedEx, meaning any applicable customs and duties are calculated and collected at checkout. There will be nothing more to pay upon delivery.

Shipping to the US and Canada is £21, with final charges in USD subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Shipping to Europe is £15, with final charges in EUR subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Once your pieces have shipped, we’ll send a tracking link to your email, along with courier notifications, so you can follow your delivery's progress.


In the unlikely event that your delivery hasn’t reached you within the expected time frame, we recommend checking your tracking link for the latest updates from our courier. Should the tracking remain unclear or show no progress, please email us at care@emello.com with your order number - our team will be happy to investigate and support you further.

Returns and exchanges Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. We accept returns only for pieces that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact. Returned items will be thoroughly inspected. Should the garment have signs of wear, we’re unable to process a return. This policy ensures returned pieces arrive at their next home in pristine condition.

A flat-rate postage fee of £5.95 will be charged on all UK returns. For clients outside the UK, return shipping is arranged at your own expense.

You’re welcome to exchange for a different piece. Simply select an in-stock alternative through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery. If your requested exchange becomes unavailable before we process your return, we’ll notify you promptly so you can choose another option or request a refund. We aim to make this transition as seamless as possible.

Please note we will not be able to accept any return or exchange after the 14-day period.
